Div­ing from Saint-Gilles means enjoy­ing the best con­di­tions on the west coast: a bay shel­tered from the wind, with dive sites just a few min­utes by boat.

We put every safe­ty mea­sure in place so each trip runs smooth­ly and you enjoy an unfor­get­table dive. Equip­ment is reg­u­lar­ly main­tained, and the cen­tre has a Nitrox fill sta­tion for less sat­u­rat­ing dives.

Locat­ed at the mari­na in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, it’s easy to find and sur­round­ed by free park­ing. Plen­ty of restau­rants near­by for lunch. Full com­fort on site: show­ers, toi­lets, cof­fee, tea and water.

About us

Escapade Plongée was found­ed in 2007 by Didi­er Rousseau, dive instruc­tor (E4) and man­ag­er. What start­ed as a “truck club” with a RIB is now a Saint-Gilles dive cen­tre with two alu­mini­um boats and premis­es with every­thing you need for com­fort. All equip­ment is recent and main­tained to cur­rent reg­u­la­tions for your safe­ty. Escapade Plongée is also a skilled team: marine biol­o­gy, envi­ron­men­tal care, Eng­lish lessons, com­mer­cial div­ing… rich back­grounds full of expe­ri­ence and sto­ries!
